The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, selection and approval of materials, trims, silhouettes, colors and patterns for the Salon/Hudson Park collections. The individual will create exclusive designs for private label products supporting trend strategies.
The ideal candidate will have proven design expertise in bedding/sheets with a minimum of 5+ years in the industry. A strong background in print and woven design is essential. The ability to view and differentiate the color spectrum and demonstrated creative ability are key.
Must prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines while adhering to a time & action calendar. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop and Bachelor’s Degree in Textile/Fashion Design are critical requirements. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills. This position reports to the Design Director.
Compensation: Based on experience.
